For optimum control, we always make sure that you authorize a payment before it’s done. From now on, you never have to manually approve payments to your favorite online stores or to your best friends. You can simply enable Auto Accept and automatically approve all future payments to your selected list 🚀

To set up Auto Accept, the merchant or friend needs to have sent you a Direct Debit request at least once before — this is so they appear in your app and you can auto accept them. Once their first request arrives, simply pay it manually. From then on, you'll be able to set up Auto Accept for all their future payments straight from that payment or by following the steps below:

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

2. Tap on ⚙️ Settings

3. Tap on Security

4. Scroll down to Auto Accepted

5. Select Direct Debits

6. Choose a payment of the Direct Debit you want to add

7. Set the Auto Accept limit

8. All set ✨

How can I auto-accept payments on bunq Web?

1. Go to https://web.bunq.com

2. Click on your Profile

3. Click on ⚙️ Settings

4. Click on Direct Debits under the Auto Accepted tab

5. 🔵 + Add Direct Debit

6. Add the Direct Debit you want

7. Set the payment limit

8. All set ✅

Can I change the limit of my auto-accepted direct debits?

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

2. Tap on ⚙️ Settings

3. Tap on Security

4. Scroll down to Auto Accepted

5. Select Direct Debits

6. Tap on Per Payment and adjust the limit

7. Tap on Save

8. All set ✅

How can I disable the auto-accept?

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

2. Tap on ⚙️ Settings

3. Tap on Security

4. Click on Direct Debits under Auto Accepted

5. Select the direct debit you want to remove

6. Tap on Stop Auto Accept
