Follow the steps below if you have the same phone number or email address or got invited by a friend, or signed up via desktop:

  1. Open the bunq app 🌈

  2. Enter and confirm your phone number, linked to your bunq account

  3. Enter your Security code

  4. Follow the re-identification instructions on your screen

Keep in mind: For security reasons, you can't use the app from two separate mobile devices at the same time. You can only use 1 mobile device and bunq web at the same time.

How do I log into my Business account from a new device?

To open a Business account, it's necessary to first have a Personal account which has been verified.

Therefore, it’s only possible to access your Business Account through your Personal account credentials. Invited company directors can also gain access to the Business account, but only through their own verified Personal account credentials.

How do I log in on a new device as a minor?

  1. Open the bunq app

  2. Login with your phone number and your Security Code

  3. Authenticate yourself using your Identification Document

  4. Our relevant team will perform review of your Login attempt on the new device

Once they finish the review, you'll get access to your account.

I’ve made too many unsuccessful re-verification attempts. What should I do now?

If you've made over 6 unsuccessful verification attempts when trying to log in from a new mobile device, you'll need to wait for 1 calendar month from your last attempt before trying again.
