Some of you may have noticed that placing Stock trades was temporarily unavailable from 13:06 to 13:37 CET on December 30, 2025.
This is because Ginmon, our Stocks provider, was experiencing technical issues. This temporarily affected your ability to buy and sell your Stocks through the bunq app.
We’re happy to announce that the issue is resolved and your Stocks are back to the high speed you’re used to.⚡️
What happened?
Due to issues that Ginmon was experiencing, you may have encountered temporary delays or errors when trying to trade Stocks from 13:06 to 13:37 CET on December 30, 2025.
