Keep your Digital Card's info secure with a rotating CVC
With your Digital Card you can pay safer online. How? You can have your Digital Credit Card’s details automatically refresh every 5 minutes if you enable Automatic Regenerate straight from your bunq app. You can do so by following these easy steps:
Go to the 💳Cards Tab
Select the card that you want to set up a rotating CVC for
Tap on the CVC code
Choose to automatically regenerate by turning on the toggle Automatically Regenerate or change it manually
Can I get an extra Digital Card?
If you have a bunq Pro or bunq Elite plan, you have 25 Virtual Cards included for free. We heard your feedback that 25 Virtual Cards aren’t enough for your needs. Therefore, we added a package of extra 25 Virtual Cards for you! You can grab the package for €19.99 per month 💳
Keep in mind that you can own up to 100 Virtual Cards in your account (cancelled/deleted Digital Card do count towards the limit) 🙌
When does my Digital Card expire?
The Digital Card expires 4 years after its order date. However, 1 month prior to your Digital Card’s expiry, we’ll make sure we automatically extend the expiry date for another 4 years.
Does my Digital Card have a PIN?
Digital Cards don't come with a PIN. To make payments, you need to add the card to your Apple or Google Pay and proceed with the payment via your digital wallet. Typically, PIN is not required for these kinds of transactions.
