If you’re sending money from an international account to a bunq account, you’ll need a BIC (Bank Identifier Code), also known as a SWIFT code. This code helps banks outside the SEPA region recognize that you're making an international transfer to a bunq account.

The BIC/SWIFT code for our IBANs are as follows:

• NL 🇳🇱 IBANs = BUNQNL2AXXX

• DE 🇩🇪 IBANs = BUNQDE82XXX

Where can I find bunq's BIC/SWIFT code?

1. Go to the 🏠 Home tab

2. Tap on a Bank Account

3. BIC/SWIFT code will be displayed below your IBAN

How do I find my IBAN?

1. Go to the 🏠 Home tab

2. Select a Bank Accounts

3. The IBAN will be shown in the middle of the screen. Here’s how IBANs are formatted for each country:

• NL xx BUNQ xxxx xxxx xx

• DE xx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx

• FR xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx x
