If you’re on the bunq Elite plan and own a White Metal Card, you can enjoy Extended Warranty Insurance from Companjon on payments made with your card before November 1, 2024.

Who’s eligible for the insurance? 

You’re eligible for Purchase Protection if, before November 1, 2024: 

• You were on the bunq Easy Green plan (currently, the bunq Elite plan) 

• You owned a White Metal Card 

• You made purchases with your bunq White Metal Card

How can I file a claim?

You can easily file an insurance claim by reaching out to customer@companjon.com. Companjon will review your claim and get back to you within 2 business days. 

Which payments are eligible for insurance? 

Any payments made before November 1, 2024 with your White Metal Card may be covered, if they’re eligible under Companjon’s Terms. Typically, they should be: 

• Worth either €25 or more 

• Fall under White Good or Brown Good under Extended Warranty & Purchase Protection Insurance benefit guide

• Purchased within the EEA 

Please note: Any purchases made with your White Metal Card after November 1, 2024 are not insured by Companjon’s Extended Warranty.
