Hey bunqers 🌈,

We're always listening to your feedback to make your bunq experience better. To make room for new, exciting updates like the Wheel of Fortune, we've said goodbye to Airline Miles on October 1, 2026.

What does this mean for me?

Airline Miles are no longer available for redemption in exchange for your bunq Points. Your remaining bunq Points can still be used for other rewards until April 13, 2027.

What can I do with my remaining bunq Points?

You can redeem your Points for other available bunq Point rewards. Here's how:

1. Go to your Cards tab

2. Tap on Points

3. Tap on the reward you'd like to get

4. Follow the steps to redeem

Learn more about bunq Points.

When do my bunq Points expire?

Your bunq Points expire April 13, 2027. If you have Points remaining after that date, they're no longer usable. Make sure to redeem them before the deadline.

Why can't I see Airline Miles anymore?

Airline Miles are no longer available as a redemption option. They were retired on October 1, 2026. All your bunq Points can still be used for other active rewards until April 13, 2027.
