When will I receive my Cashback payout?
You’ll receive the Cashback you earned on your next weekly Payday.

How do I see if I've earned Cashback?
To see if you’ve earned Cashback you can check your payment to Albert Heijn in your bunq app. If you’ve earned Cashback, it will be displayed alongside the payment:
Go to the 💳 Cards tab
Select the card you used for the payment
Find your payment and tap on it
If you’ve earned Cashback, you’ll see it displayed here
Why haven't I received my Cashback?
The payment must be made directly with your bunq Card (virtual or physical). Cashback won’t be paid for payments made via iDEAL, PayPal, Curve, or Klarna.
Signed up between November 15 and December 15, 2025?
Great news! If you joined bunq using the Albert Heijn link during this period, your Cashback reward is locked in for two months after your sign up. Simply make a qualifying purchase and get your Cashback with your next Payday. The specific details of your offer are waiting for you in your bunq app, including how many eligible purchases you have left and the Cashback reward amount.
Here’s a quick reminder of the conditions which must be met to claim your reward:
Make 2 separate payments at Albert Heijn.
Ensure each payment has a minimum value of €25.
Complete these purchases within 2 months of your sign-up date.
Pay directly with your bunq Card (using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the physical card).
Select "Pay upon delivery" if you're ordering online.
Have a verified Personal bunq account.
