How can I get my bunq x HYROX Card? 

We’ve partnered with HYROX to create a bunq x HYROX Digital Card, engineered for elite performance. From January 21, 2026, you’ll see bunq QR codes across participating HYROX competitions or when making HYROX purchases from the official HYROX webshop. 

To get your bunq x HYROX card:

1. Scan the bunq QR code from official HYROX communications

2. Add your phone number 

3. Download the bunq app 

4. Tap on Get Started and complete your sign-up, using the same phone number 

5. Once your account has been verified, your brand new bunq x HYROX card is immediately set up and ready to go. You can find it in your Cards Tab. 

💡Pro-tip: You can immediately add your HYROX card to Apple or Google Pay. 

How can I claim cashback with my bunq x HYROX Card? 

To claim your Cashback: 

1. Add money to your bunq account

2. Make a purchase at the HYROX Shop online or at participating HYROX events using your HYROX card. 

3. Pay using your bunq x HYROX card.

4. Earn 10% Cashback per purchase, received with your next weekly Payday. 

Who's eligible for the bunq x HYROX cashback promotion?

You have to meet the following conditions to be eligible for this promotion:

• Live in 🇧🇪Belgium, 🇫🇷France, 🇩🇪Germany, 🇮🇪Ireland, 🇮🇹Italy, 🇳🇱the Netherlands, 🇵🇹Portugal, 🇪🇸Spain

When will I receive my cashback payout?

You’ll receive the Cashback you earned on your next weekly Payday.

How do I see if I've earned Cashback?

To see if you’ve earned Cashback you can check your payment to HYROX in your bunq app. If you’ve earned Cashback, it will be displayed alongside the payment:

1. Go to the 💳 Cards tab

2. Select the bunq x HYROX card you used for the payment

3. Find your payment and tap on it

4. If you’ve earned Cashback, you’ll see it displayed here

Why haven't I received my Cashback?

The payment must be made directly with your digital bunq x HYROX card. Cashback won’t be paid for payments made via iDEAL, PayPal, Curve, or Klarna connected to your bunq account. 

Important notes

• Cashback is calculated on the final amount paid (after discounts and VAT)

• Cashback is not granted on cancelled or refunded orders

• bunq reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion in case of fraud or abuse

• The promotion duration can be extended or terminated according to bunq’s promotional terms

Can I get a physical card? 

The bunq x HYROX card is digital but you can easily order a regular, personalized or metal physical bunq card if you’ve signed up for a bunq Core, Pro or Elite plan. Here’s how:

1. Open your bunq app

2. Go to the Cards tab

3. Tap on Order a new card and pick your favorite design
