How can I claim my Cashback?

1. Scan the QR code in the bunq letter you received after registering your business with the KvK

2. Sign up for a bunq Business account

3. Once your account is verified, claim your €100 reward from the in‑app event.

When can I claim the reward?

You can claim the reward as soon as your Business account is verified. The bunq app will send a notification inviting you to claim your €100 reward — simply follow the prompt in the app!

If your account isn’t verified yet, complete the verification first.

Who’s eligible for this promotion?

• You live in 🇳🇱 the Netherlands

• Sign up for a bunq Business account through the QR code from your bunq letter

• You're a new bunq user — you haven't had an active bunq account within the last 12 months

• Have a verified Business account with any of the available bunq plans.

Important: You need to sign up through the QR and have a verified bunq Business account to receive the €100 reward. Personal accounts aren’t eligible.

Why didn't I get the reward notification?

If you meet the criteria but don’t see the notification event to claim your reward:

• Confirm you joined bunq using the QR code on the letter you received.

• Check that your Business account is fully verified

• Make sure your app is up to date
