Help your child learn to save. Whether they're saving for a Lego set or a pair of sneakers, the bunq app helps your child build smart saving habits to reach their goal. All the while, you stay in control with smart settings for what they can see and do with their account.

How do I set a savings goal for my child savings?

1. Tap your name at the top of the 🏠Home tab

2. Select your Child’s Account

3. Go to the Savings tab

4. Tap on your child’s Savings Account

5. Tap on ⚙️ Settings in the top-right corner

6. Select Savings Goal

7. Set your objective and goal amount

8. Tap Set

How can I manage or assign access levels?

You can choose the level of access your child has to their Savings Account: seeing the balance, making withdrawals, or a combination of both.

1. Tap your name at the top of the 🏠Home tab

2. Select your Child’s Account

3. Go to your child's Savings Tab

4. Select the Savings Account

5. Tap on ⚙️ Settings in the top-right corner

6. Under the Savings section, tap on "Child Access"

7. Select whether your child can withdraw from this account by flipping the toggle

How can I know if my child has reached their savings goal?

Before confirming your scheduled savings, Finn will suggest an amount based on your child’s age and the savings goal. You’ll also see the age at which your child is expected to reach the goal, based on the amount you choose.

How can I schedule payments to my child’s savings goal?

1. Go to your Child’s Savings tab

2. Tap on your child’s Savings Account

3. Tap on Set up Scheduled Savings

4. Pick how much you want to send, how often, and from which Bank Account

5. Tap Confirm

Can I enable Auto Round Up to my child's Savings Account?

1. Go to your Child’s Savings tab

2. Tap on your child’s Savings Account

3. Go to Settings

4. Tap on Auto Round Up

5. Select the Bank Account(s) your child will save from and the rounding number

6. Tap Save

Note: You can enable the Auto Round Up feature only on 1 Child Bank Account

How can I create a bunq.me link for my child’s savings?

1. Go to your Child’s Savings tab

2. Tap on your child’s Savings Account

3. Tap on Create bunq.me Link

4. Personalize your link and tap on 'Create'
