If you’d like to disable the option of ever reactivating your bunq account, you can reach out to us with a request to permanently close your account via Support by following the steps below:

Tap on 🟢 Support
Ask to close your account permanently and we’ll take care of it for you.
What happens to my permanently closed account?
Closing your account permanently means:
You won't have access to your account again, such as for tax information, Support, or other cases.
You can’t reactivate your account.
You lose access to export any bank statements.
Your contract with us is irrevocably terminated.
