Fix it yourself by error message
You cannot disable an alias if it is currently used to log in.
Log out and log back in with a different login credential, then remove the alias you don’t want to use.
Add an alternative login first
Make sure your profile has both a phone number and an email address added and confirmed
Log out
Tap the “i” next to your name
Select “Forget this User Account”
Log in with a different credential
Use a phone number or email address that’s different from the one you’re trying to remove
Confirm with your security code
Remove the old alias
Go to your Profile and delete the phone number or email address you no longer want to use
You have reached your monthly limit of 2 payments from a EUR savings account.
If you need to make a payment anyway, you can convert this Savings Account to a Bank Account.Savings Accounts allow 2 withdrawals per calendar month. Convert it to a Bank Account to keep using your money right now:
Go to the Savings tab
Open your Savings Account
Tap the Settings icon (top right)
Select “Convert to Bank Account”
Once converted, find it in the Home tab.
Important: You’ll stop earning interest after converting to a Bank Account.
