Download and open the bunq app
Use your e-mail or telephone number to log in
"This account has been closed" screen appears
🟢 Reopen account
Click on Reactivate account

How can I reopen my Business account?
Go to 🏠 Home
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Archive"
Switch to the Business Account you want to reopen
Tap on 🟢 Reopen Account
Good to know
Your cards get reactivated automatically.
You get the same plan that you had before.
Your billing day is moved according to the days you were frozen. For example: your billing day is usually on 17th. If you freeze your account for 4 days, your billing day will be on 21st from now on.
