Great to see that you want to reactivate your account and start using bunq again. We’re happy to welcome you back!

How can I reopen my bunq account?

1. Download and open the bunq app

2. Use your e-mail or telephone number to log in

3. "This account has been closed" screen appears

4. 🟢 Reopen account

5. Click on Reactivate account

6. Done!

How can I reopen my Business account?

1. Go to your 🏠 Home Tab

2. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

3. Tap on Archive

4. Select the Business Account you'd like to reopen

5. Tap on 🟢 Reopen Account

6. Confirm by tapping on Reactivate my account

Good to know

• Your cards get reactivated automatically.

• You get the same plan that you had before.

• Your billing day is moved according to the days you were frozen. For example: your billing day is usually on 17th. If you freeze your account for 4 days, your billing day will be on 21st from now on.
