To create a Foreign Currency Bank Account you should first make sure you have your telephone number linked to your Personal account. Afterwards, you can follow these steps to open it:

1. Go to the 🏠 Home tab

2. Tap on Add an Extra Bank Account

3. Select 🟠 Payment Account

4. Personalize your Bank Account

5. Choose your preferred Foreign Currency

6. Done

To make sure that the Foreign Currency account will remain active, you need to keep at least one Euro account ✅

How to open a Foreign Currencies account in bunq Web?

1. Go to https://web.bunq.com

2. Click on + Add Bank Account

3. Select Bank like a local

While you can open a Foreign Currency account via bunq Web, it is not yet possible to send foreign currency payments on bunq Web. To make a foreign currency payment, please use the bunq App on your phone.
