Know someone with a new Business and want to help kickstart their journey? When you invite a Business to join bunq and they make a qualifying one-time deposit, you both get up to €50.

How can I invite a Business to join bunq and get €50?

To invite a Business to bunq and get up to €50, you can:

1. Switch to your Business account’s Home Tab

2. Tap on Invite a business and get up to €50

3. Tap on Invite now

4. Select the phone number of the Business you want to invite from your Contacts

5. Tap on Send Invite

6. Your invite is now in progress ✨

Once your invited Business completes their sign up, you’ll get a notification that you've unlocked your reward.

How can I claim my reward?

To claim it, simply:

1. Go to your Home Tab

2. Scroll and tap on the widget under Action Needed

3. Follow the on-screen instructions

4. Return to your Home Tab and tap on Claim reward under Action Needed

5. Tap on Claim Reward

6. You’ll receive your reward payment* from bunq

*The reward payment depends on campaign and deposit amount.

Want to have a clear overview of all rewards available to you? Simply invite your friends from Your Profile.

Why haven't I received my reward yet?

To claim your reward, both you and your friend need to fulfill specific criteria. Here's what you should check:

• Did your friend use the correct referral link? To verify this, they can check for a pending event under the Action Needed section on their Home tab. If they do not see this action, it means they might have missed using the referral link during signup. No worries! Simply ask them to reach out to our Support chat in the app, and we will be happy to help check what happened.

• Is the account ready to go? For the referral reward to become available to you, your friend's Business account must be fully verified and approved. If their account is already verified, make sure they have also made the qualifying deposit required to unlock your reward!

• Business account approval: For your friend's Business account to be approved and verified, their company must comply with our acceptance criteria. They can check out all the details on eligible business forms here.
