How do we know that your company is deregistered?
On a regular basis, our relevant department performs various checks through the national Trade registries (ex. KvK, Infogreffe, etc.). If your company appears as inactive during these checks, we’ll reach you out asking for more information. This includes information about your Chamber of Commerce, directors and UBO. Important note: If the legal form of your company has changed since the time of registration, the business will appear as inactive again. If that happens, we'll reach you out for further information.
What happens after the announcement?
Once we've contacted you for further information, you have 30 days to provide us with the required information.
I received the announcement, but my company is still active, what do I do?
Simply contact us through the support center and send us a legal document proving that your company is still active and running. From there on, our relevant department will review the case and assist you further on the re-activation of your account 🚀
