Hey bunqers 🌈,
You may notice that you’re not able to access your account via the bunq App from 08:13 CET on October 29, 2025.
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience login issues with your bunq App and our team is actively working on a fix so you can access your account as usual.
How does this affect you?
If you are using your bunq App on your iOS or Android device, you may be temporarily unable to log back into your account.
If you can’t access your app — rest assured, your accounts are secure. Your card payments are working as normal, and your funds are completely safe. We’re working to bring all functionalities back to normal
What can I do?
If your bunq app is unresponsive, you can try the following:
Check your internet connection
Reduce app load by closing any unused background apps
Force close and reopen the app
Restart your device entirely
Check if your App is up to date and download the newest version from App store
Offload and re-install your app
Make sure you have the latest iOS version on your device
Temporarily disable VPNs or security-related apps
