When will I be charged?

After a month has passed from your sign-up date, you're free to choose between downgrading to the bunq Free, Core or Pro, or continuing with your bunq Elite plan!

If no action is taken, the app will automatically continue your bunq Elite subscription.

What happens if I decide to downgrade?

If you decide to downgrade to a different plan before your trial ends, you can change your plan by following the steps below:

  1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

  2. Select Your Plan

  3. Tap on Switch Plan

  4. Choose your new plan ✨

If you decide to switch to bunq Free, please note that you won't be able to continue using your physical cards. When downgrading, you will be asked to freeze your physical cards.

Tip: We recommend freezing and holding on to your physical cards. This way, if you decide to switch back to bunq Elite in the future, you can reactivate your cards and start using them immediately!
