You can log out of your bunq account by yourself, whenever you want. You can also set up your bunq app to automatically log you out after a specific period of time, for complete peace of mind.

How do I log out?

To log out by yourself, you can follow these steps:

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

2. Tap on ⚙️ Settings

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Logout

As a shortcut, you can also follow these steps to quickly log out:

1. Tap and hold on the Profile icon in the top left corner of the bunq app

2. Tap on Log out

How do I set up Auto Logout?

Auto Logout is a security feature that automatically logs you out of the bunq app when you haven't used it for a short time, or the exact moment you close it.

Here's how you can adjust your Auto Logout to always log you out as soon as you close or leave the bunq app:

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

2. Tap on ⚙️ Settings

3. Tap on Security

4. Tap on Auto Logout

5. Tap on Stay logged in for

6. Choose 0 seconds
