We’re pleased to introduce our new visual improvement that’ll help you understand if your bunq card is eligible for Cashback, Purchase Protection and ZeroFX.
What do the labels look like?
🟦 Cashback
Personal accounts
Using your Credit Mastercard, you can earn 1% Cashback at restaurants and bars and 2% Cashback for public transportation if you’re on bunq Elite.
Business accounts
As a bunq Free or bunq Core user with a verified Business account or Employee Access, you automatically get 0.5% Cashback on purchases made with your Credit Card, Virtual Credit Card, or Employee cards. bunq Pro and bunq Elite users with a verified Business account or Employee Access enjoy an even higher Cashback rate of 1% on these purchases.

🟪 ZeroFX
With bunq ZeroFX, bunq Pro and bunq Elite members can pay abroad without any currency exchange fees. bunq Free members can also enjoy ZeroFX, up to a limit of €1,000 per year.

Why can't I see the Cashback label?
Only users who signed up for a bunq account before August 23, 2025 can receive Cashback on payments. If you can't see a Cashback label, your bunq card isn't currently eligible for Cashback.
