How do I top up my account with Instant Bank Transfer?

1. Click here or go to 🏠 Home

2. Tap on 🟣 + Add Money

3. Choose Instant Bank Transfer

4. Enter the amount you want to top up

5. Choose your bank

6. Done ✅

Note: While we don't apply any additional fees for this top-up, it's important to note that the bank sending the funds may apply a charge.

When will the top up appear in my account?

Every top up below €250 will be instantly transferred to your bunq account 🚀

For transfers between €250 and €100,000, the arrival time will depend on whether the sending bank supports Instant Payments. If the sending bank doesn’t support Instant Payments, it can take 1 or 2 business days for the funds to arrive.

Instant Bank Transfer is a feature that allows you to quickly add money to your bunq account. If you’re a Dutch resident, you can use this feature with all Dutch banks. We’re working to expand this service to more banks in more countries. You can top up your account with the following banks:
