Splitting a payment is made easy within the bunq app 🎉

You can add numerous recipients to a split request by just filling in their name. The contact selector tool will get them from your already existing contacts.

How can I split a payment?

1. Go to the 🏠Home tab

2. Select the Bank Account where you have the payment you want to split

3. Tap on the payment you want to split

4. Tap on “Split”

5. Select the person you want to split it with and tap Next

6. Enter the amount each of you should pay

7. Tap on Next

8. Select Split and you’re done ✅

How can I include a tip?

When you're in the US and make a payment the tip is added separately. Now you can use the payment split option to divide the tip as well, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to the 🏠Home tab

2. Select the Bank Account where you have the payment you want to split

3. Tap on the payment you want to split

4. Tap on “Split”

5. Select the person you want to split it with and tap Next 6. Tap on Add Tip and select the tip percentage or enter the amount you tipped

6. Enter how much each person should pay

7. Tap on Next

8. Done ✅

How can I cancel a split?

1. Go to the 🏠 Home tab

2. Select the Bank Account where the payment is

3. Tap on the request

4. Select Cancel this Request
