How can I change the Bank Account I’ve paid from?

1. Go to 🏠 Home

2. Tap on the Bank Account you’ve paid from

3. Tap on the relevant payment

4. Tap on “Bank Account”

5. Select the correct Bank Account you wanted to make the payment from

6. Done 🎉

Note: When you move the payment into a different Bank Account, the date will adjust to reflect the day the correction was implemented.

Can I move any payment?

You can move any payments that were sent or received within the past 30 days.

Can I move payments to anywhere I want?

You can move a payment between any of your Bank, Joint or Savings Accounts or those that you have full Shared Access to. However, the payments you move need to be from the same currency.

Will I see the moved payment in my statement export and annual overview?

Yes. You'll see that the payment was moved from one Bank Account to another.

How many times can I move a payment?

You can move payments as many times as you like 🎉
