When creating a new Business account with us in Spain, we might ask for your Escritura de Constitución de Sociedad. The Escritura de Constitución de Sociedad is the Deed of Incorporation of your company in Spain is an official notarial document that includes:

- The company’s legal name

- Type of legal entity (e.g., S.L., S.A.)

- Registered address

- Shareholders and their contributions

- Company bylaws (estatutos)

- Appointment of administrators or directors

It is signed before a notary at the time of the company’s formation and then registered with the Mercantile Registry (Registro Mercantil).

If we request this document, and you’re not sure where to locate it, you have two main options:

Why is bunq asking me for an “Escritura de Constitución de Sociedad”?
