Got an invite to access a bunq Business Account? Accepting the invite is easier than ever.
If you have a bunq Account
If you received an invite to access a Business Account, follow these steps:
Open your bunq app
Tap on the pending Access Invitation banner, under Action Needed
Accept your invite by tapping on Accept Invitation
You've got access to the Business Account!
If you don’t have a bunq Account
If you’re not a bunq user yet, here’s how you can accept your invite once you get the secure invite link from the Business. For your safety, always double-check that you know the person who sent you the link. If you’re ever in doubt, please report any suspicious activity to us here: bunq.com/report.
Download and open the bunq app
Tap on Get Started
Enter your phone number. To connect to the Business Account, make sure to use the same phone number that the invitation was sent to.
Confirm your phone number
Tap on Sign Up in 5 Minutes
Once you’re signed up and your account’s ready, open your bunq app
Tap on the pending Access Invitation banner, under Action Needed
Accept your invite by tapping on Accept Invitation
You've got access to the Business Account!
How can I access the Business Account?
Once you've accepted the invitation, finding the accounts is simple. The way you access them depends on the permission you were granted.
For Full Access
If you've been given Full Access, you can switch to the business's profile:
Open your bunq app.
Tap your name at the top of the screen
Select the Business Account from the list to switch profiles.
You're now managing the Business Account!
For Make Payments or View-Only Access
If you’ve been given Make Payments or View-only access, it's even easier.
The Bank Accounts you were granted access to will appear directly on your personal Home tab, right below your own accounts. So there's no need to switch profiles, it's all in one place!
