A holding is a business entity that manages operating companies but doesn't engage in day-to-day activities. To onboard your holding company, we need details about your operating companies' profit-generating activities.

What might we request in order to verify your holding company?

• A KvK document with an accurate SBI code as an activity of your operating company

• A document that shows the connection between the operating company and your holding company

• The website of your operating company (and of your holding if available)

Can I get an account without having an operating company?
