How do I request a mortgage?
Our partner, Tulp Hypotheken, will make sure to set you up and update you on your mortgage approval within 24 hours of receiving the application. The steps are easy:
Go to mortgages.bunq.com
Find a mortgage advisor based on your location via Search
Select your mortgage advisor
Cooperate with them and get your mortgage application approved within 24 hours
Once you agree on an Interest Offer and share all required documents with your mortgage advisor, you’ll be informed within 24 hours if your bunq Easy Mortgage is approved!
Who can get a bunq Easy Mortgage?
Check out the list below to find out if you meet the requirements provided by our partner, Tulp Hypotheken, to be eligible for a mortgage:
You should be a tax resident in the Netherlands (meaning that you reside and pay taxes in the Netherlands)
The property you plan to buy also should be in the Netherlands
The minimum joint income to be eligible for a mortgage is €15,000.00 per year
Keep in mind that the mortgage you request should be for at least €70,000.00 and maximum of €1,000,000.00
