How do I find the Support Center in the app?

To contact us please follow this link or check out the below steps:

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

How can I get fast problem resolution?

Providing us with context, detailed information and following clear instructions will help our Support team resolve your issue faster. If, for example, your issue is related to a possible bug, you can provide us with screen recording, screenshots and/or steps taken before you've encountered the error. This will help our Support team spot if that's an actual bug or help you further in the steps you should take.

Can I contact Support through email?

You can also send an email to support@bunq.com. Your safety is our utmost priority, that's why we suggest contacting us via the app as the connection is encrypted and therefore more secure. 🔒

How do I contact SOS Support?

SOS Support chat

When opening a support ticket, you can choose the SOS Chat option to share your issue, and we’ll get back to you within 10 minutes.

Automated Emergency Line

If you don’t have access to your account, simply call +31208083666 and the automatic support flow will take you through the process in your native language (English, Dutch, German, Spanish, or French). When you call this number, you can immediately freeze your bunq card or account in case of emergency.

SOS Hotline

For 24/7 emergency support, bunq Core, Pro, or Elite users can use the bunq app to speak directly with a bunq employee. Translate your conversations in real-time with AI voice translations. More details about our SOS Support can be found here.
