Sometimes our relevant department requires some additional information regarding your payments. You can easily handle their application through the bunq app.

How can I upload a document in the app?

You can provide the needed documents easily through a pending event tab you can find on your Home tab if requested.

1. Tap on your Profile in the top left corner

2. Look for Awaiting Events

3. Select the event in question

4. Follow the flow and upload your document(s) 🚀

I can’t see an event. What should I do?

If you experience issues with this method, you can always submit them to our Support team. If you have a request to provide supporting documents for a payment, worry not - it's a standard procedure which is pretty common for all banks. You can learn more about this here.
