How do I verify my bank transfer was sent?
If you want to make sure your bank transfer was successfully sent by bunq, export a Single Payment Statement for that transfer using the steps above.
Once the transfer is fully processed by bunq and accepted by the inter-bank transfer system, the statement includes a Transaction ID (also called EBA ID).
This Transaction ID is a standard reference for payments within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Share this Transaction ID with the recipient or their bank so they can locate the payment and process it on their end.
Important:
The Transaction ID only appears when the payment is fully processed. If you don’t see it yet, check back a bit later.
If your account is unverified, you won’t be able to export a statement. Verify here
Do you need a different statement?
