Ready to send some money? It's super easy with bunq!

Simply tap here or follow the steps below:

1. On the Home page, tap the account you want to pay from.

2. Hit the 🟠 Pay button.

3. Enter the amount and choose your recipient (use their email, phone, IBAN, or name if they're in your contacts).

4. Add a description (and payment reference if needed).

5. Tap Send payment and you're done!

🎉 Note: Before you proceed with the payment, you may receive a reminder that bunq will never contact you via phone call. If we need to reach out to you, it will only be done through our secure in-app Support Center. After you dismiss this notification, it will not appear again.

How to make a payment on bunq Web?

1. Go to https://web.bunq.com

2. Click on Pay

3. Fill in the amount and tap on Choose Recipient

4. Fill in the recipient

5. Confirm your choice for recipient

6. Confirm the details and send the payment

Where can I find my payment?

Great news! Your payment is on its way 🎉 You can track it in the Home tab by tapping on the relevant Bank Account or your Total Bank Account. If you send the payment using an email address or phone number, other bunqers will receive the payment instantly. You can also check the processing times here.

Can I see the payment's estimated delivery time?

1. Go to 🏠 Home

2. Tap your Bank Account

3. Tap the payment

4. Check 'Estimated Delivery' Voila! Now you know when your money will arrive 💸
