From our newly designed Home tab, you can make, request and approve payments, add Bank accounts, open a Business Account, access your brand new Budgeting tab and much more!

Budgeting 🧮

At the top of your Home tab, you can easily track your spending at a glance, with a quick overview of:

• How much you’ve spent this month

• A comparison with last month’s spending

Topping up your bunq account is easy and fast! Make sure you follow the simple steps explained here

Bank Accounts ✨

From your Home screen, you can add more Bank Accounts to make budgeting easier than ever. With Bank Accounts, you can even manage your money in different currencies and use Dutch, German, French, Spanish and Irish IBANs to bank like a local all over Europe.

You can add an extra bank account by tapping on Add an Extra Bank Account right below your existing accounts. You can choose to open a Foreign Currency Account, a Business Account, a Joint account or a Child Account from here. Read more on how you can create and manage your Bank accounts here.

You can also see the total balance of your accounts in the top right corner of your bank account widget.

⚠️ Your Savings Accounts can be found in the Savings Tab and are not displayed on your Home Tab.

Bank Account Settings

When you tap on any of your Bank Accounts and go to your Account Settings, you can:

• Personalize your Bank Account: rename and personalize your Bank Account.

• Set up Easy Budgeting: to always pay from the right Bank Account, without having to think about it.

• Enable refill notifications: to get notified whenever your Bank Account needs a top up.

• Set a Daily Limit: for outgoing Bank Account payments.

• Grant access to other owners: select who can have access to your account

• Edit your aliases: edit your phone number or email address, to be easily discoverable to your contacts.

• Schedule Payment Requests: to never have to manually make recurring payment requests again.

• Schedule Payments: to request your money without having to think about it.

• Export Account Statements: from your desired timeframe.

Recent Transactions

You can review all of your recent transactions straight from your Home tab. You can tap on See All to get direct access to all of your transactions.

Awaiting Events 📯

When our responsible department needs more info to finish your account’s verification, an awaiting event will appear as a banner in your Home tab. Same for Payment events - you can immediately see what you need to respond to and swipe right or left to interact with the event faster. Tap on them to see what next steps are needed from you.
